Who Was Edgar Cayce? Why have I dedicated a whole section to him on The Soulmate Site?
These readings — bar none — contains the most fascinating soulmate information I've ever seen. Even if you're not sure about reincarnation, this information has the potential to revolutionize how you see your love life!
In this section of the site, I'll first give you a brief bio. Then I'll give you some more eye-opening information he chanelled, about common relationship topics.
He was an American clairvoyant and the most well documented psychic and medical clairvoyant in the twentieth century.
For more than 40 years, he gave more than fourteen thousand psychic readings. He died in 1945.
Sounds impressive huh? What I love is that he was an incredibly humble man as well. Born on a farm in Kentucky in 1877, his psychic abilities showed up in childhood. He only had an eighth grade education.
As an adult, Cayce discovered that he could put himself into a sleep-like state connect with the universal consciousness.
From his sleep-state, he could respond to a range of questions from “What is the meaning of life?” to “What is my purpose in life?” and “What can I do to help my arthritis?”. He was able to answer these questions in great detail.
As a devout Christian, he originally resisted the idea of reincarnation. When asked how to become psychic, his advice was to become more spiritual.
Even though he's been dead for more than 60 years, his readings remain timely. Today, I especially his messages are important as more and more of us explore bigger questions about our lives. Hundreds of books have been written on his work and almost a dozen on his life.
The majority of his readings deal with holistic health and treating illness. However, his life readings discuss over 10,000 topics encompassing:
I highly recommend it! This information adds a rich, dimension to your soulmate search, whether your focus is how to find true love, surviving infidelity, or healing past lives.
Kevin J. Todeschi has written a book about Edgar Cayce's references to soulmates. It's a really good book if you're interested in diving deep into this topic.
Gina Cerminara's Many Mansions, is a very dense read (you may want to take your time and split it up) but has a fantastic range of topics like the types of karma and some nice sections on soulmates, marriage, infidelity and more.
Thomas Sugrue explores his life and work in the book, There Is a River. I haven't read this one yet, but it's considered a classic.
